Ralph J. Frost, Jr., 95 of Bear Creek Twp., passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years Barbara Jean Heal Frost on January 15, 2026. He is survived by his children; Ralph J. Frost, III and his wife Shari Paisley Frost and Barbara Jean Frost Williams, and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara Jean Frost, 93, of Bear Creek, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at home. Born in West Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Heal and Jean Stanton Heal, she was a graduate of West Pittston High School. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Ralph J. Frost, Jr, and son, Ralph J. Frost III and wife Shari Paisley Frost, Levittown, PA and daughter, Barbara Jean Frost Williams, Wilkes-Barre, grandchildren; Ariel Kokas (Aaron), Miranda Frost, Rhea
