Jennie Rollo, 89, formerly of CT, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Wesley Village where she had been a resident for ten years. Born in Pittston on March 8, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Serafino and Mary Milazzo Rollo. She retired from General Electric in CT where she had lived for 45 years. Dorothy A. Smith, 72, of Pittston passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. Born in Pittston on September 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late James and Bridget Claire Langan Dougher. She attended Pittston Schools and had worked in various local cigar factories and retired from O.Z. Gedney Co. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.
