Charles A. Parenti, 76, of Hughestown, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in Manor Care Health Services, Kingston.
Born in Bethlehem on June 27, 1940 he was the son of the late Charles and Eva Parenti.
He had worked as a house painter and lawn care. He enjoyed NASCAR and his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. He also enjoyed car shows, working on his cars, and loved his vegetable garden. He was a collector of almost anything. He will be missed by his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Edward Cope in 2011; brother, Flory and sisters, Sonia and Barbara.
Surviving are his wife, Dianne (Melley) Parenti; son, Jessie Cope, Reading; daughter, Lisa Cope, Hughestown; brother, Albert Parenti and his wife Jane, Bethlehem; 2 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, June 12, 2017 from 7pm-9pm at Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.
