Alan Zurek, 55, of Dupont, passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2018 at home. Born in Kingston on July 21, 1962, he was the son of the Mildred Loff Zurek and the late Edward Zurek, Sr.
Alan was a graduate of Pittston High School and worked in the local construction industry. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to his mother, Alan is survived by his daughters; Sara, Danielle, and Emily and their mother, his longtime partner, Christine Gilroy. Also surviving are his brother, Edward Zurek, Jr. and wife Alane and sister Linda Finnerty and husband Michael as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
