Thomas A. Connors, 63, of Wyoming passed unexpectedly at home on Sunday, January 21, 2018. Born in Pittston August 31, 1954 he was the son of the late James and Mary Gerrity Connors.
Thomas was a graduate of Wyoming Area, class of 1972. He had worked at Keystone Automotive.
He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston. His home away from home was at Barbacci’s Grove, where he loved to fish. He also enjoyed hunting and country music, trips to Myrtle Beach, and spending time with his family and his dog, Rocky. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Pittston and an avid Colts, Penguins, and Phillies fan. Thomas will be missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are his brother, James B. Connors and wife, Paula, Pittston; nephews, James and Enrico Connors, Pittston, Keith Hoffman and wife Loriann, Pittston Twp., and Jason Hoffman and wife Katie, York. Also, stepchildren Frank Carey and wife, Amanda, Michael Carey and Jennifer Dominick and husband Joe. Grandchildren; Veronica and Danicka Carey and Abigail and Zoey Dominick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston at 10am on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Friends may call in the church from 8:45am until the time of mass.
Interment, Mt. Olivet cemetery, Carverton. Arrangements entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC.
