Dolores A. Dixon, 80, of Pittston Township, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 in Timber Ridge Health Care Center, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Pittston on July 27, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Anna Oliver Constantino.
She attended Pittston Schools and had worked for Laura Fashions in the local garment industry. Dolores was a member of St. Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde O. Dixon; daughter-in-law Michelle Dixon; grandson Jeffrey Dunn; sister Elizabeth Legg and brothers John and Carmen Constantino.
Surviving are her sons Paul Dixon, Pittston; Clyde Dixon III, Pittston; and Ralph Dixon, Pittston Township; daughters Marlene Dixon, Pittston Township and Anna Dunn, Pittston Township; grandchildren, Stephen Trotta, Stacey Kubilus, Sean Dixon, Briann Dunn, and R. J. Dixon; great grandson Jeffry Justin Kubilus; sisters Rosemary Thubbron, Pittston Township; Ann Marie Powell, Arkansas; and Marlene Danko, Exeter; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Those attending are asked to go directly to the church on Thursday morning. There will be no calling hours. Private interment will be in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, Dallas. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.
