Joseph Morosky, 79, of Suscon Section of Pittston Township, passed away unexpectedly at home Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
Born in Pittston on August 17, 1938, he was the son of the late Joseph and Helen Salavange Morosky.
He attended Jenkins schools and had worked for Celotex for 30 years. After retiring from Celotex, Joseph was employed as a security guard with Securitas Security in Dunmore for 27 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston.
Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Ann Marie Musto Morosky; step-daughter Melissa Koss, Dunmore; sisters Betty Griglock, Yardley and Charlene Spraul, Waverly; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 8, 2018 at 1:00pm in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Those attending are asked to go directly to the church on Friday. There will be no calling hours. Interment, St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston.
