Antoinette Mary Rusnak (formerly Falzone), 82, of Pittston passed away, Monday, May 19, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Pittston she was the daughter of the late Frank Falzone and Sarah DeForte Falzone.

Antoinette was a graduate of Pittston High School and Wilkes-Barre Business College. She spent her career working for the Social Security Administration.

Known to her family simply as “Ma,” she brought love and happiness into every room she entered. Antoinette found joy in life’s simple pleasures, spending hours crafting with care, strolling through stores just to browse for hours, and hosting dinners that became the heart of family life. She never needed to speak much, instead, she would sit contentedly at the table, taking in the laughter and chatter of her loved ones, her happiness found in their presence. But nothing brought her more joy than time spent with her grandchildren, who were the center of her world. To them, she gave not only her time and affection, but also the privilege of her unconditional love.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be truly missed.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Rusnak, Sr., in 2022 and by her brother, Tom Falzone.

Surviving; her daughter, Candice Bukevicz (Lenny Ash) Pittston and her son, Donald Rusnak, Jr. (Tammy) Lemont, PA, her five grandchildren; Matthew Bukevicz (Taylor), Alyssa Cadden (Patrick), Jamie Wells (Chris), Francesca Bukevicz (Johnny) and Sarah Rusnak, a niece, a nephew, and cousins.

In accordance to Antoinette’s wishes there will be no services, private interment, Pittston Cemetery.
