Bruna T. Delconte of Albany, NY, and formerly of Exeter, PA, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023, at St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany, NY.
Born in Coalport, she was the daughter of the late Cesare and Marina (Marini) Pelleschi.
Bruna was a graduate of Exeter High School. She retired as a pharmacy technician, having worked for Ann Lee Nursing Home in Colonie, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Delconte on February 4, 2022; brother, Hugo; sisters, Rose, Diana and Bruna.
Surviving are her children John David Delconte, Albany, NY and Mara Shave (Michael), Schenectady, NY; grandchildren, Rachael and Jessica; great-grandchildren, John and Lilliani; brother, Nevio Pelleschi, West Wyoming; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Michael and Sylvia Delconte, West Chester; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives Saturday November 4, 2023 from 8:00 am to 9:15 am in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Entombment to follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
