Carmella Suriano, 90, of Pittston, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, in Wesley Village, Jenkins Township.
Born in Pittston on October 25, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Suriano and Angelina Credido Suriano.
She was a graduate of Pittston Township High School and had worked in the local garment industry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, Frank, Vincent, and Angelo Suriano and sister, Philomena Suriano Cutler.
Surviving are a brother, Anthony Suriano Jr and his wife Cynthia, Washington; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives Friday, December 15, 2023, from 5pm-7pm in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Those attending are asked to go directly to the church. Interment, in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston.
