Diane Marie Frushon, 71, of Hughestown, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at home after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s.
Born in Pittston on June 23, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Roman and Lorraine Fritz Rezykowski.
Diane was a graduate of Pittston Area High School and was a benefit notices representative for the Social Security Administration.
Diane enjoyed working in her garden, baking, and traveling, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren watching their numerous sports and activities.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Joseph D. Frushon; sons, Joseph Frushon (Colleen), Dupont and Charles Frushon (Karen), Harrisburg; grandchildren, Julie, Joseph, Sienna, and Lilian. Sisters, Arlene, Donna, and Lynn Ann; nieces and nephew.

The family will receive friends and relatives Monday, November 6, 2023, from 5pm-8pm and Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 8:30am-9:15am in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Interment to follow in St. Rocco’s Cemetery, Pittston Township.
