Georgine H. Costanzo, 89, formerly of Pittston, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024, at her daughter’s residence in Vestal, NY, with whom she resided.
Born in Wilkes-Barre on May 2, 1935, she was the daughter of the late George Bergold and Helen Schatzel Bergold.
She was a graduate of Meyers High School.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and will be truly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Costanzo in 2013.
Surviving are daughter, Donna Costanzo, Vestal, NY; son James Costanzo and his wife Marissa, Pittston Township; grandchildren, Brooke Costanzo; Devyn and Caden Dellapenta; brother, John Bergold and his wife Ann, Wilkes-Barre; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, February 2, 2024, at 10:30am in St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William Street, Pittston. Interment, parish cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, Pittston.
