Gerald Salsman, 69, of West Pittston, passed away Saturday December 30, 2023 at home.
Born in Meshoppen he was the son of the late Eldon and Eleanor VanDeMark Salsman.
He was a graduate of Montrose High School and served in the U.S. Navy.
Jerry recently retired from Bridon- Bekaert, Exeter (Bridon American Corporation) where he worked for 23 years.
He enjoyed camping, bike riding, reading, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Lawrence and Mark and sisters Cindy and Denise.
Surviving, his wife Susan J. Salsman, and children, Jerry Cavill, David Mazyck (Tanya) and Rebecca Stankoski (Jack) and granddaughter Scarlett. He is also survived by brothers, Darrell, Anthony, and Bradley, and sisters, Trudy Jo and Michelle, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
