Gloria Jean Pelliccia, 95 of Exeter, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening October 7, 2025 at Birchwood Healthcare Center, where she recently resided.

Born in Pittston on November 19, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Marriggi and Mary Musto Marriggi. She attended Pittston Schools.
Gloria devoted her life to raising her children and taking care of her home. Being surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her the most joy in life. She will be truly missed but the love she gave and lessons she taught will continue to be passed down for generations.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Orlando Pelliccia, son-in-law, Joseph Biago, her sister, Violet Konell, and brothers; Frank, Raymond, and Leroy Marriggi.
She is survived by her loving children, son, Dr. Lanny Pelliccia (Cheryl) of Wyoming, and daughters; Deborah Biago, of Exeter, and Violet Blandina (Dean Pavinski) of Exeter and her grandchildren whom she adored; Nicole Biago (John Lachenmayer), Carissa Armbruster (James), Breeanna Dellarte (Jeff), Lauren Pavlick (Charles), Kendall Shaw (Erick), Olivia Lauer (Paul), Alexa Sweeney (William), and her cherished great-grandchildren; Alana, Abby, Brynn, Aubrey, Emilia, Nathaniel, Charlie, Ellie, Paul, Violet, Jaxon, Isla, and Vivienne. She is also survived by her brothers; Gerald Marriggi and Eugene Marriggi and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives Wednesday October 15, 2025 from 9:30AM-11AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Corpus Christi Parish, 224 Memorial St., Exeter, a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Gloria’s loved ones would like to thank the staff at Birchwood Healthcare Center and Serenity Hospice for their compassionate care.
