Inez M. Mullany, Wyoming, passed away peacefully Monday, July 18, 2022, surrounded by her family, at home.
Born and raised in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late John and Sara Steede. Inez was a graduate of Pittston Central Catholic, later known as St. John the Evangelist School / Seton Catholic. Inez also graduated from Pittston School of Nursing and was employed by Pediatrics of Kingston for many years.
Inez was a life member of St. John the Evangelist, Pittston, she was an active member within her parish and served as a Eucharistic Minister. Inez also served on several committees including, the Altar and Rosary Society as well as Chairperson of the St. John the Evangelist Bazaar, Flea Market.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John C. Mullany, Ed. D. and sister, Connie Heffren.
Surviving is her son, John Mullany and wife Noreen, Archbald, daughter, Inez Kugler and
her husband Kerry, Wyoming, and granddaughter, Katie Kugler Ignatovich and husband John, Wyoming, numerous nieces and nephews.

According to Inez’s wishes a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church with interment in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William Street, Pittston, PA18640. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC.
