Joan (Dobosh) Sarti, 46, of Pittston passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Judith (Kincel) Dobosh.
Joanie was graduate of Pittston Area High School.
She was beautiful soul inside and out and when she loved she loved you unconditionally.
Her son and daughter were her world, but she loved all the children in her life, her many nieces and nephews were the light of her life; she was so proud of her family.
Please remember the woman she was; a daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, a music lover, karaoke enthusiast, dart master, and of course an incredible friend. She loved to
sing and dance and just have a good time with the people she loved.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Susan De Lazzari.
She is survived by her son Alex Sarti, Pittston and daughter Bryanna Dobosh, Coaldale; and siblings Victor De Lazzari and his wife Maria, Forty Fort, Cindy Funston and her husband Jeff, Muncy, Michael Dobosh, Pittston, John Dobosh and his wife Taetra, Exeter, Joseph Dobosh and his wife Tonya, Carbondale; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will gather Friday, August 12, 2022, from 5-7PM at Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston, with interment on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at 9:00AM in Pittston Cemetery. You are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
