Joseph Charles Lukasavage, 75, of Pittston, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at home, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Pittston on December 15, 1947, he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Spudis Lukasavage.
He was a graduate of Pittston High School. He had worked in maintenance at local hospitals.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Lukasavage; a sister, Marion Schultz; and a niece, Brenda Schultz.
Surviving Joseph are his longtime companion of 48 years, Dorothy Manganiello; brother, Bill Lukasavage (Judy), Pittston and a sister, Olga Lukasavage, Scranton; nieces and nephews, Billy, Michael (Shante) Lukasavage and Robert Schultz.
The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 10am-11am in St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William Street, Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am.Interment to follow in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Pittston. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, Pittston.
