Lucille Hall, 90, of West Pittston, a former resident of Garden Village Apartments and a resident of Wesley Village, Jenkins Township, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022 in Wesley Village with her loving son, Greg and his wife, Kathy by her side.
Born in West Pittston on February 26, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret Vitcosky Zukauskas.
Lucille was a graduate of West Pittston High School, class of 1950.
She was employed by Fox Hill County Club for 30 years where she worked preparing meals for members and guests.
She was a member of St. Casimir’s Parish, Pittston and more recently Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston.
Lucille was an avid Philadelphia Phillies baseball and Notre Dame Fighting Irish football fan.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Her compassion and genuine kindness was obvious to everyone who crossed her path. She always looked for the best in people and made everyone feel loved. Those who were privileged to have known her, are better, because of her. She will be sadly missed and forever loved by her children and all who were a part of her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Hall; brother, John Zukauskas; sisters, Anna Balashilis, Eleanor Hudack, Antoinette Seroska, and Mary Zukauskas.
Surviving are her brother, Bill Andrews, Santa Maria, CA; her children, Lisa Galaida and husband, Myron, Ft. Myers, FL; Greg Hall and wife, Kathy, West Pittston; Laura Hall, Exeter; and Christine Hall, Center Moreland; grandchildren, John Sellani and wife, Amanda, Ashley Tilley, and Robert Tilley; great-granddaughter, Izzy Tilley; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 9am-10am in Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.
