M. Lorraine LaNunziata, 90, of Exeter, passed away Wednesday July 30, 2025 at her home.
Born in Exeter, she was the daughter of the late Benedict Santine and Nora Fornale Santine, she was a graduate of Exeter High School.
Lorraine assisted her husband J.L. LaNunziata, doing the bookkeeping for his business, Star Garment, Exeter. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston and for many years she taught CCD.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John P. LaNunziata, and sons; James LaNunziata and John (Bubba) LaNunziata.
She is survived by her son Jeffrey LaNunziata and fiancé Rae Ann Hizny, daughters-in-law; Barbara LaNunziata and Nancy LaNunziata, and grandchildren; JP LaNunziata, Jillian Bé, Jessica Bé, Melissa LaNunziata, Jason LaNunziata and Albert Chase, great grandchildren; Gloria and Peter Anthony, brother, Ben Santine, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday August 6, 2025 at 10AM in Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave. West Pittston, the family will receive friends and relatives from 9AM until the time of mass in the church.
Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC – Pittston.
