Marcela Finochio, 54, formerly of New York, passed away unexpectedly, at her home in Dupont.
Born August 7, 1971 she was the daughter of the late Oscar Contreras and Lidia Juan Contreras.
She was a graduate of Mineola High School and Molloy College.
She was a loving wife and mother.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Joseph Finochio and their daughter, Gabriella Finochio, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lillian & Edward Gawarecki, brother-in-law, Francis Finochio and Godson, Frankie Finochio.
The family will receive friends and relatives Sunday September 7, 2025 from 2PM - 4PM and 6PM – 8PM at Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC 251 William St., Pittston.
Interment will take place on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 10AM in Pittston Cemetery The funeral procession will begin at 9:30AM on Monday at the funeral home.
