Nancy Maryann Ciampi, 76, of West Pittston, passed away in Highland Manor, Exeter on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
Born in Duryea, on January 24, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Eleanor Kirvalavich Kashuda.
She was a graduate of St. John the Evangelist High School and Luzerne County Community College with a nursing degree. She had enjoyed her nursing career working at Mercy Hospital, Scranton and Nesbitt Family Practice.
She was devoted to her family and took great care of them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Dominic Ciampi on January 18, 2023 and a brother, Francis Kashuda.
Surviving are her daughters, Donna L. Ciampi, West Pittston and Sandra Jacobs and her husband John, Camp Hill; grandchildren, Ashlee Jacobs and her fiancé Justin Smith, Travis Jacobs and Nicholas Jacobs; great-grandson, Wesley Smith; siblings, Gerry Kashuda and his wife Janet, Plains; Maryanne Paieski and her husband Larry, West Pittston; and Mark Kashuda and his wife Theresa, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.
