Patricia Ardoline Pellicci, 55, of Middletown, DE and formerly of Pittston, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020, in Kingston Health Care Center.
Born in Pittston on March 16, 1965, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Ann M. (Durkin) Ardoline.
Patricia was a graduate of Seton Catholic High School, Marywood University, and Strayer University. She retired as Vice President of Strayer University, DE. She was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Joseph’s Church, Middletown, DE. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, niece, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded
in death by a sister Margaret Mary Ardoline;
a brother-in-law, Fred Senese; numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Surviving are her husband of 13 years, Joseph P. Pellicci, of DE; sisters Ann Marie Senese, and Joan Hanlon and her husband Gerard; brother Joseph Ardoline and his wife Diane, all of Pittston; aunts and uncles, Robert and Arlene Ardoline, Harding; Raymond and Natalie Ardoline, Virginia; Louise Durkin, Avoca; Mary Durkin Mervin, NJ; Louise Ardoline; and Catherine Ardoline, West Pittston; nieces and nephews, Marlene Reilly, James Joseph Ardoline, William R. Ardoline, David Darlington, James Turcotte, Jonathan Turcotte, Katie Poole and Donny Poole; mother-in-law and father-in-law Lauretta and Phillipo Calabro, MD; sisters-in-law Carmela Pellicci, Gracie Turcotte, and Giovanna Poole, all of MD; numerous cousins and many friends, including her best friends Celina Toole and Sharon Manganiello.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, September 11, 2020,following CDC guideline of wearing a face covering and maintaining social distance, from 9am-11am for a walk-through visitation in Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston.A Blessing Service will follow at 11am in the funeral home.Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
