Robert (Bob) Strelish, age 91 of Dupont, passed away peacefully at home on August 5, 2025. Bob was born on May 23, 1934, the son of the late Stanley and Catherine Satkowski Strelish.
Bob was a graduate of St. John’s High School in Pittston. He served in the US Army from 1956-1958. Bob was part owner and operator of Strelish Trucking and Dupont Oil for many years.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Dupont, the Polish American Citizens Club and the AMVETS.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, brother John and nephew Ronnie.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Anne Pannunzio, daughters Kathy Wesley (David), Roberta Wesley (Eugene), 2 granddaughters Tanya Skechus and Rachel Wesley, 2 grandsons, Michael Wesley and David Wesley, 2 great-granddaughters and brothers Albert and Ronnie, numerous nieces, nephews.
The family will receive friends and relatives, Friday, August 8, 2025 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM at Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William St., Pittston.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 10:00AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 215 Lackawanna Ave Dupont. Those attending should go directly to the church.
