Sue Ann Pantucci, 79, of Pittston, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.
Born in Pittston on December 20, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Sparaney Lieback.
Sue Ann was a graduate of Jenkins Township High School and Wilkes-Barre Business College. In her earlier years, she was employed in the local garment industry having worked for Brooks Manufacturing in Old Forge.
She was a loving caregiver for her father. She enjoyed making and selling crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ronald D. Pantucci; brother, Michael Lieback; sisters, Mary Grace Hopkins and Palma Lucas.
Surviving are her son, Ronnie Berretta, Pittston; grandchildren, Hailey and Hunter Berretta; brother, Pete Lieback, Pittston and many other loved ones.
The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 5pm-7pm at Adonizio Funeral Home, LLC, 251 William Street, Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 26, 2024, at 9:30am in St. Joseph Marello Parish, 237 William Street, Pittston. Those attending are asked to go directly to the church. Interment, St. Rocco’s Cemetery, Pittston Township.
