Theresa Prebish, 89, of Pittston Twp., passed away peacefully Saturday November 22, 2025 at Highland Manor, Exeter.
Born in Dupont she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Kunicki Slazyk. She attended Dupont Schools.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Theresa was a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Dupont VFW Post #4909.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Michael Prebish, sons, Michael Prebish and Kenneth Prebish, and her 4 siblings.
She is survived by her loving children; sons, John and wife, Marijo, Plymouth; Richard and wife, Marlene, Pittston Twp.; Mark and wife, Kathleen, Duryea; daughters, Deborah Ann Pupa and husband, Francis, Pittston; Donna Nash and husband, Rob, Virginia; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday November 26, 2025 at 9:30AM at St. Joseph Marello Parish 237 William St., Pittston.
Those wishing to attend are asked to go directly to the church. Interment, Saint Michaels Byzantine Cemetery, Pittston.
