Elissa Warner, 71, of Mountain Top, passed away at Celtic Hospice at Geisinger South, Wilkes-Barre on Monday, October 16, 2017. Born on January 1, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Rita Castellani Gubitosa. Elissa was a graduate of Northeast High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Misericordia University. She had worked as a teacher in the Scranton School District.
